The latest round of the Natural Resources Investment Program 2018-2022 (NRIP) - TraNsfoRM! Innovation grants have been extended until February 26.
TraNsfoRM! Innovation is offering Queensland based applicants between $250 000 - $1 million per project, for innovative projects that address gaps identified in natural resource management.
The funding provides an opportunity for the development of new and more efficient processes, technologies, activities and tools to improve and repair Queensland’s natural assets, with a strong emphasis placed on projects that can be up-scaled and replicated across the state.
Key outcomes for the round will contribute towards improvements such as:
- health and stability of soil
- condition and extent of native vegetation
- quality and flow of water
- water entering the Great Barrier Reef
