LGx is a must-attend event for comms and marketing officers from councils of all sizes
The program for our communications and marketing conference, LGx, has gone live and features a masterclass with communications strategist Mel Kettle, who has great insights into how councils can better plan and use social media for maximum community connection and engagement.
There'll also be:
- some of the ‘wins and losses’ of crisis and emergency comms management
- the nuts and bolts of measuring social media and online engagement
- an update and 'where to now' from Twitter and, finally,
- Kathleen Florian (the Independent Assessor), Josephine Marsh (Director of Government Recordkeeping, State Archives) and the LGAQ will background council comms teams on their obligations in the lead-up to the 2020 local government elections.
Register now to attend LGx: A Bridge to the Future, Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 November, at the Howard Smith Wharves in Brisbane.
