A how-to guide for Annual Conference motions

A reminder that the LGAQ is calling for motions from councils to be debated at the upcoming 121th Annual Conference in October.

As motions give councils a direct say in the LGAQ’s policy agenda and priorities for local government in Queensland, it’s important that councils have all the information they need to compose and submit a motion for discussion and debate at Annual Conference.

To assist you with the process, please click here to download a handy checklist and guide for submitting a motion for the 2017 Annual Conference. The deadline for submission is Friday, 25 August 2017.
